IS ANXIETY AN ILLNESS?
Is ANXIETY an illness?
No it isn't.
We all have anxiety in some form; if we did not feel anxious in some capacity, then we would not be functioning properly.

We also need to understand, which we confuse most of the times, that anxiety is not a feeling, it is a thought! This is how it works:

Thoughts/Thinking Feelings Sensation/Behaviours

And, these feelings could be good or bad; the emotions and sensations could be anything, for example: fear, phobia, death, terror threats, self harm, fight or flight etc.

All feelings are caused by thoughts. And thoughts produce feelings.
I feel really anxious! (it's a thought and not a feeling)
People are going to laugh at me. (thought not a feeling)
I feel that you do not love me anymore. (thought not a feeling)

Neither anxiety nor anxiety disorder or any other unwanted behaviour such as OCD, PTSD, mood swings, feeling low, dietary issues etc. are an illness. In The Yug Method, I will give you the tools and techniques to control your thought process so that the unwanted feelings never come in your mind!
No mumbo jumbo, just simple practical tools and techniques which work immediately, in hours and some cases in minutes; not days, weeks or months.
